Hi there! I'm looking for someone to sublet my spacious double bedroom in our friendly and well-kept flatshare.

About the Room:

Super Spacious: At 195sqft (18sqm), it's massive for London standards.
Bright and Airy: A huge window lets in tons of natural light, perfect for a bright and cheerful atmosphere. Plus, it's great for ventilation and fresh air.
Loads of Storage: There’s a huge wardrobe, a large shelf, a cupboard for further storage and the shoes, as well as a cabinet with 5 roomy shelves, so you’ll have plenty of space for all your things.

Location Benefits:

Quick Commute: Only 20 minutes by public transport to Central London and Piccadilly Circus. If you prefer cycling, it’s a 20-minute ride, or 29 minutes by public transport, to the City of London.
Great Area: Close to local shops, cafes, and restaurants, so everything you need is within easy reach. We have under a minute walk (50 metres away) a Waitrose, a Morrisons, and a Lidl. There are also good italian, greek, south american and many more restaurants nearby.
