We have a room available to let in our 3-bedroom flat located in the Beaux Arts Building in Holloway. This top-floor apartment features a large living room, two bathrooms, and a balcony. Residents also enjoy the benefits of a 24-hour concierge, a private gym, and a sauna. The flat is very well connected with multiple tube stations like Finsbury Park, Highbury & Islington and Archway nearby.

Myself and the other flatmate Joe have lived in the property for 2 years now. We have known each for over 10 years so we have a very friendly atmosphere within the flat, and enjoy communal activities like cooking, going to restaurants and watching tv/films together. I do programming for a financial company and Joe works scientist for a pharmaceutical company.

We're looking for someone fun, sociable, and tidy to take the room. Ideally, we'd like to find someone we can become close friends with and enjoy spending time together.
