Double room with ensuite, next to private garden☀️

I'm leaving my lovely double room early to move into a place with my partner, looking for someone to replace me from the 17th of July onwards (I can be a bit flexible with this) until September 2025.

All bills are included plus a weekly cleaner for the communal areas. It is for a single occupant. The room is the only bedroom downstairs, which gives you lots of privacy despite being in a houseshare. The terraced house is situated in a gated community with a communal garden, within walking distance from loads of cute cafés and Finsbury Park station, so it's really well connected to other parts of London via the Victoria & Piccadilly lines and National Rail.

I will be away from 24th-28th of June, but will try to organise viewings from next weekend onwards. Deposit tbc.
