Double ensuite room in modern flat

Double bedroom with ensuite available in a recently renovated, two bed, two bath flat minutes from both Highbury & Islington and Holloway Road stations. There are also excellent bus links and great bars/restaurants/cafes/parks all nearby.

The room is £1200 PCM excluding all bills (council tax, electricity, water, gas, broadband (high speed), etc). The room is available from 11 August, but my current housemate (who’s leaving to move in with her boyfriend) is open to leaving a little bit sooner.

The flat is recently renovated, with lots of light, an open plan kitchen and living room, and modern bathrooms. The living area has clean, modern furniture and nice appliances, and the kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils etc. (though there is definitely space to add your own touch!). The room is spacious and furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe, along with a modern ensuite. There is also some additional storage space available in the living room.

I have a slight preference toward female applicants and professionals, but I am ultimately open to anyone!

About me: I’m a 27 year old female Australian who works in the city, usually in the office 3-4 days a week with 1-2 days WFH. During the week I am often working long hours but I tend to be around more often on weekends in between seeing friends or staying with my boyfriend. I’m quiet, clean and considerate and am looking for a housemate who shares these values. The room would be well suited to a professional who works during the week, but who is also happy to catch up in the evenings and grab the occasional dinner/drink/brunch together. As an expat, I’m very open to making new friends and introducing others to my friends, though I am also very happy to allow you to enjoy your own space. I am abroad at the moment but I’m hoping to arrange Zoom introductions next week, with viewings to follow the week after.
