Here is a large second bedroom with your own bathroom in a 2b2b, located on the 2nd floor with an elevator. The living room and balcony are shared with a roommate. Both my roommate and I are UCL students, and due to personal reasons, I need to return to our home country early, so I’m renting out my room.

As shown in the pictures, both the room and the bathroom are very spacious. The bed is 1.8 meters wide, and there is plenty of storage space. The living room and kitchen are also very spacious, which is rare in London. The view from the window is also great!

The roommate is a very nice girl who lives in the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. She usually stays in her room and doesn't cook often. She will frequently be in the lab in July, so she won't be home much.

• Location: In Islington, 6-minute walk to the Piccadilly Line, and it's only one stop to King's Cross, making transportation very convenient. It takes 25-28 minutes to central London's Oxford Street/SOHO. Within a 7-minute walk, there are several Sainsbury's, Tesco, Chinese supermarkets and organic supermarkets.

• Facilities: Fully equipped with an oven, microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and condiments. The room has a desk, chairs, and other living essentials. The bed linens will be cleaned and replaced.

• Rental period: Available from mid to late July until August 23rd, and the exact dates can be discussed (the original lease is until September 23rd, but the period from August 23rd to September 23rd has been rented out).

• Rent: The rent is £199 per week including bills. Further details can be discussed.
