• Room 1: A spacious double room with a bed with drawers, wardrobe, bedside table, bookcase, and chest of drawers. Enjoy your own private en-suite bathroom for added comfort and convenience.
• Room 2: Another lovely double room with similar furnishings, sharing a well-maintained bathroom with one other flatmate.

Our flat is located on the second and top floor of a secure, six-flat building in a serene neighborhood. You'll love the tranquil surroundings, while still being a short stroll away from the lively streets of Upper Street, Holloway Road, and Newington Green.

ABOUT ME 👋
Hey there! I’m Lucia and I'm looking for two new flatmates to join the household. I´m a professional in my thirties working a hybrid model, so it would be great if you are also office-based most of the time. I usually enjoy traveling, music, eating, going to the gym, and hang out with friends (quite common hobbies, I guess 😊).
The vibes are pretty chill during the week as this is a place to unwind after work. On the weekends I'm usually out and about, and with the former flatmates, we’ll occasionally find the right timing to share a meal, watch a film, or go on an adventure together (thing that I wouldn´t mind continue doing it with the new flatmates).
This isn’t a party house, but I do enjoy having friends over ocasionally. I'm friendly and social, whilst respectful of other's people space.

IMPORTANT DETAILS 📋
• Rent:
- Room 1 (Ensuite): £1030 per month (excluding bills)
- Room 2 (Non Ensuite): £850 per month (excluding bills)
• Bills: Approximately £150 per person per month (council tax, internet, electricity, gas, water)
• Move-in Date: 1st of September
• Contract: 12 months, renewable annually since 2019
• To secure the room, the first month's rent for September shall be paid in advance
• No pets allowed. Non-smoker preferred.
• Financial Tip: To live comfortably, your monthly rent should be about 1/3 of your salary.
