Spacious Islington Double - 2 Irish flatmates

We are looking for a friendly new flatmate to move into the third double room available in our ground floor flat.

The flat:
This is a ground floor flat located on a quiet residential square, very private. We have a massive south-facing garden which spans 9 metres and perfect for a hot summer. We have a separate kitchen & living space. Your room is located at the back of the flat, includes all essential furniture (bed, bedside table, 2x drawers, wardrobe, desk +chair) and you would be sharing the bathroom with one other person as one of the rooms has an ensuite. 
The room is incredibly spacious and also comes with a flat screen TV!

The Location:

Located a short (5-10 minute) walk from Highbury and Islington (Victoria/overground) and Canonbury (Overground) is also a 5-minute walk away. Canonbury is a serene & super residential area. Dangerously close to Upper Street to break your bank account. 



The flatmates:
Clare (she/her) works in the office full-time at a TV Comedy company so guaranteed laughs and Laura (she/her) has a hybrid working job which is a dream as she loves a lie in but unfortunately in Financial Advertising so no laughs.

We are looking for someone with a similar vibe to us. We are clean, love a pint, try to exercise, both very social so out of the house a lot. We want someone that treats the flat as their home, has their own social circle but keen to hang-out the odd occasion too.

We have a private landlord who is super helpful and responsive when we’ve had any issues. We would sign your name onto the renewed contract. We are looking for someone who is interested in staying for at least a year. The deposit will be 5 weeks rent.
