Looking for someone to rent a room in our lovely 3-bed Islington flat which is spaced out over 3 floors. We are looking to rent this room for about 2 months from 13 August to some the start of October
With this flat located on top of a flower shop, get ready to feel like you are living in a romcom.
The room is spacious with one window and is furnished with bed, desk, and some drawers.
A fantastic location, we are a 10 minute walk from Highbury and Islington tube stop, and a 15 minute walk from Angel tube stop. There is a big Sainsburys a 10 minute walk from us. There are about 4 beautiful public garden parks within a few minutes walk.
We are young professionals who are friendly, values chats in the flat and getting to know my flatmates. But mainly enjoy our own space in the evening.
Bills are around £175 a month.
