Sept Sublet Double room in 2Bed with Garden, Angel

Looking for a friendly person for a short term let. The dates are 1st September to 30th September but I may be able to be flexible on the return date. In your message please let me know your dates if they are different to this.

Double room in 2-bed ground floor flat. The block is opposite a green space on a quiet street near to Essex Road, equal distance 14 min walk to either Angel or Highbury and Islington tube stations.

Bathroom which has a bath and shower

Utility room with washing machine
The bedroom that is available comes with double bed, mattress, wardrobe, side tables and lamps.

You're be living with Maddie, 26, a queer young professional who works for the council, and usually WFH 1-2 days a week. She is friendly and kind, plays roller derby and loves bookclub. She goes out a few nights a week, and also likes to stay in to make epic salads and smoothies. She is vegetarian but happy to live with someone who isn't.
We own the flat so like to keep it nice, and have a simple weekly cleaning rota to keep things tidy.

I usually pay £1088 a month, including all bills including council tax, band E.
LGBTQ+ welcome.

FYI the door to the back garden is through Maddie's bedroom.
