Looking for a friendly, flexible lodger for a double room in 2-bed ground floor flat. The block is opposite a green space on a quiet street near to Essex Road, equal distance 14 min walk to either Angel or Highbury and Islington tube stations.

You're be living with Maddie, 26, a queer young professional who works for the council, and usually WFH 1-2 days a week. They are friendly and kind, play roller derby and love bookclub. They go out a few nights a week, and also like to stay in to make epic salads and smoothies. They are vegetarian but happy to live with someone who isn't.
We own the flat so like to keep it nice, and have a simple weekly cleaning rota to keep things tidy.

Bills approx £260 a month including council tax, band E.

FYI the door to the back garden is through Maddie's bedroom.

I'm travelling for a few months. I don't know for how long currently - probably for 3- 6 months - so the lease is flexible to allow for that. This will be a month rolling lease, with both sides giving a month's notice. The room is available from 10th September but can be slightly flexible.
