Double bedroom in spacious, light and airy flat in Holloway/Islington for £904/month
We are two female professionals looking for a third flatmate to join us in our bright and beautiful
flat.
A double bedroom is available from 12th August, with a large bathroom shared with just one
other. It is very spacious and bright with a big window. The bedroom includes a double bed with
space for storage underneath, a large double wardrobe and optional bedside tables (current
tenant’s). The bathroom is spacious with storage and features a bath, standing shower and a
large mirror.
The three-bedroom flat has an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen, there is also a
balcony leading off this with glass double doors facing onto the courtyard and a table and chairs
to eat outside when it's warmer.
The flat is in a big complex with many additional and useful perks:
Concierge - ASOS deliveries have never been so easy! We also have 24-hour security and
CCTV so we always feel really safe here.
Shared parking space - neither of us have cars but we use this for visitors. Concierge can also
give additional visitor parking. There is also secure bike storage.
Gym - it's not Virgin but it has all the basic stuff you need.
Transport/Amenities - we are a 2-minute walk from Holloway Road Station and around 10
minutes from Highbury & Islington. This means only 10 minutes from the amazing Upper Street -
cue all the bars and restaurants you would ever need on one road and 10 minutes from
Highbury Fields.
Shop wise, we have a Tesco Express on our road and Morrisons and Waitrose are only 5-10
minutes away - alongside grocery stores and pharmacies. There's also lots of restaurants and
cafés nearby.
About us - Meg, 30, female, works at an environmental start-up, works in the office 99% of the time, playing sport or chilling during the week, out socialising at the weekend
Eva, 27, female, works in finance, in the office 3/4 days a week, likes to chill in the weekdays but out and about meeting friends at the weekend
About you – We are looking for someone friendly and sociable to join the home. You need to be
clean, tidy and respectful of the house and your housemates. We have a beautiful home and
although we wish we could still party like students, we tend to go out and keep the place nice n relaxing.
Lastly, bills are roughly an additional £247 each which includes:
- Internet (superfast fibre optic)
- TV licence
- Gas
- Water
- Electricity
- Council Tax
- A cleaner that comes every two weeks
- Communal items like detergent, cleaning products, toilet paper, oil etc
