I’m sadly leaving my room after 5 amazing years in this lovely 4 bedroom house towards the end of August as I’m taking the plunge and finding a place of my own. I am looking to move on the 20th Aug however I am flexible with the date.
The house is located on the quiet Mildmay Road, 2 mins away from Newington Green and 5 minutes away from Kinglsland high street. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance and it’s a 5 min walk to Dalston Kingsland Overground, and a 10 min walk to Dalston Junction Overground.
The house has 2 full bathrooms, a spacious open plan living room connected with the kitchen (with all the mod cons), sunny patio, and garden (shared with the basement flat) and in total there are 4 bedrooms.
The room has a view of the garden and is really quiet with plenty of natural light. It is part furnished as it comes with a wardrobe and small set of drawers but no other furnishings. I am open to leaving some of my other furniture if needed which we can discuss :)
You will be sharing the house with 3 clean, friendly and chilled housemates: Conor (28), Bea (30) and Rhys (29).
All three like the usual London activities - pubs, food, gym, running, travel, etc and are looking for someone to fit into the house well, i. e. easy-going, clean, has their own stuff going on.
In terms of the admin stuff:
Rent: £885.08 p/m
Bills work out to be ~£165 /month (energy, internet, water, council tax & cleaner every other week)
So £1,050.08 p/m all in.
You will be joining the contract with the existing housemates which runs until 31 July 2025.
