Flatmate Wanted Aug-Jan- Double Room

Hi, I’m Hanna, I’m 22 and I am looking for a flatmate to move in to my 2 bed flat from 19th August - february/ March . It is a lovely home in Holloway Road, Islington with a good sized shared kitchen/ living area, bathroom and garden!

-Room includes double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers (white shelves shown in picture not included)
-Excellent natural light
-Shared kitchen/ dining/ living area
-Large garden with a firepit, table, chairs and sofas.
-8 minute walk from Holloway Road station (Piccadilly line)
-14 minute walk from Finsbury Park station (Victoria line)
-Lidl, Morrisons, Waitrose, Boots and many other stores within a 5 minute walk

Me
-I am a 4th year Chemistry student as UCL
-I am a friendly and sociable person :)
-I am clean and tidy and will need a flatmate who will maintain a clean and tidy home along with me!
-I want to make this space feel as much like a home for you as it already feels for me.
-I like to garden and am happy to maintain the garden myself as much as I would welcome help with it too!
-I would love to communicate openly with how the house is managed and ensure the living situation smoooooth and pleasant.
-I am vegan and do not mind living with non-vegans as long as you can be respectful of it in the kitchen

Details
-Move in date is 19th August
-Move out date is 19th february but can be flexible with a month or two extra
-Rent is £1000 pcm
-Bills (electricity, gas, wifi, water) come to about £60 pcm per person
-If you are not a student, council tax will be yours to pay (£140pcm)

-you will require proof of eligibility to rent (Uk Guarantor/ salary/ savings)
