Cheap short-term let available in Islington

I am moving back to my home country earlier than expected, so my current room is available for a short-term let. Specifically, the room is available from 27 July until 26 August. So this would work well for someone who needs an initial place to live before finding more permanent accomodation.

Because this is last minute on my part, I am offering the room at a significant discount. The contractual rent for the room is £1325 per month. I am happy to give it to you for £850 for the month it is available for.

The location of the flat is great, especially given that it is around the corner from Popham's bakery! Both Angel station (Northern line) and Essex Road station (Northern City line) are within walking distance. Buses are also close by.

The flat and bedroom comes fully furnished. It gets good light and is a reasonable size. It also comes with a washing machine.

You will be sharing the flat with a 29-year-old male from Chile who is completing a PhD.

I will make a decision on a first-come-first-serve basis.
