Hi! We are Gloria and Kitty. Our flatmate is moving out at the end of the month, so we are looking for someone to take over his room. Our houseshare has always been a friendly environment, where we hang out as friends in and outside the house while keeping it comfortable and tidy. Gloria has also lived in the house for 4 years and can vouch for a great landlord and management company - a rarity in London these days!

About us

Gloria is an Italian girl, 30-year-old, who works as a Social Researcher. She loves travelling, electronic music and festivals, cooking (she makes a great lasagna) and eating out (big foodie).

Kitty is a 27-yeard-old girl originally from East London, who works in High Street Regeneration for the Council. She also enjoys cooking and eating out, hunting for bakeries, swimming, cycling, travelling.

Rent & bills

Bills are about £120-£150 per month. There are no move-in fees.

References:

*Full-time workers: the referencing company will check that you earn at least 2.5 times the rent price of the room.
*Non full-time workers: you can either pay 6 months in advance or get a UK guarantor that earns at least 3 times the rent price of the room.

*Decent-sized room on the top floor, which gets lots of daylight.

*Furnished with bed and desk. There is also a wardrobe space outside the room

* It’s in a quiet, private square off Holloway Road
* It has four floors, with each of the three bedrooms on a separate floor
*The bathroom has been recently renovated. You will share the shower with one other person only.
* The kitchen has an adjoining lounge and a small balcony

* Any issues get sorted quickly and efficiently by the landlord’s team
* The square has a bicycle-storage facility
