Hi! My close flatmate moving out of our warm, nicely furnished, modern flat on Regent’s canal. The flat is incredibly well located, walking distance from Dalston, Angel, Old St, de Beauvoir.

The room available is a single room, with or without furniture. The apartment is large and comes w a large furnished living room, balcony, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and shared bathroom.

Rent: 1383 per month + additional bills (incl electricity, council tax, internet are 145 per month) = 1528 per month all included.

Amenities: The building has its own mini supermarket, private gym (not included) and full cafe while facing Shoreditch park.

About me: I’m Nidhi, I’m outgoing, work in marketing in medical devices, into fitness, coffee runs and baking. I travel quite a lot for work and like to chill on weekends and evenings. Looking for someone friendly, clean and chill to share with. This isn’t a party flat, but always happy to check out new bars, cafes and explore London!
