-Located in the heart of Angel, zone 1. 2min walk to Angel station, 10mins to Kings Cross, a well connected buses too.
- The perfect middle ground between well-connected central, and the beautiful north eastern areas.
- Plenty of great pubs, wine bars, cafes, walks, eats, the canal, gyms and all your necessary grocery go-tos all in 2min walking distance.
- Note, two flights of stairs up. So not great accessibility-wise.

About us -
One guy, one girl, both working professionals in our 30's. I'm Mel, a creative working in fashion, from NZ. Freddie's a wine marketer/sommelier aficionado from London. We both love to cook, talk shit and drink wine. We live independent lives and do our own thing, but would be down for a market stroll or trip to the pub if the mood strikes. This is a warm, welcoming home, where we can come in, take a load off and feel comfortable. Goes without saying, LQBTQIA+ friendly.

You -
A friendly soul with a sense of humor who’s respectful and empathetic to their house mates, their needs and privacy. Someone who's self aware, can read a room, loves a bit of healthy communication and likes a clean and tidy space to call home.

The flat is having a bit of a 'Changing of the guard' with two flatties who have been here a while heading off to pursue new opportunities in Scotland and Prague, so the flat will be getting a bit of a make over - this to say, small pieces of furniture, plants and art you may have will be very welcome to vibe the place up a bit!

Essentials -

Bills: £200 (approx, includes council tax, electricity, internet, house bits and bobs and a fortnightly cleaner)
Deposit: £965
Move In: August 19th-20th. (Or sometime that week)

Lease re-news mid October, so we would ideally like someone who's keen to sign on with us. Will be 12 months with a 6 month break.
We have a great manager, who's pretty onto it if we need anything.
