Double Room in Beautiful Islington Townhouse

1 Room for rent starting Mid Oct in a beautiful townhouse in Islington. The location can't be better, a 3 min walk to Highbury Islington station.

The flat is 2 floors, with 1.5 toilets, we would be sharing the upstairs toilet/shower. There is a toilet on the main floor as well.

The room is very large, has a double bed and a desk, closet, etc.

The flat is very spacious and we have a very large private garden, with a bbq, lounge chairs, etc.

The room is 1850/month which does not include bills which are around 200/month

About me: I moved to London 2 years ago from Toronto, I'm 34, single and really enjoying my first year being in London. I live a very balanced life, during the week I'm at a yoga class or the gym early, then off to work, cooking health dinners, and on the weekend can mix between going to the pub, a show, a rave(once in a while) or watching a movie on the couch! I travel about once every 6 weeks, I work as a product and content designer going into the office 3 days a week and work from home two days/week.
