En-suite double room in Highbury & Islington

Hi all, I am leaving my current flat in September to move in with my partner and so am looking for someone to take my double en-suite room. I’ve loved my time living here, it’s a really lovely household and it’s in a brilliant location (so brilliant, that my new flat is just a few mins walk away) so hopefully you’ll love it too!

You will be living with two professionals in their early 30s. Ed is a lawyer, and Anouk works in film. They would love someone of a similar age (so if interested, please include), who is tidy and appreciates living in a nice space. As a house we all feel comfortable sitting down in the evening in the living room, watching some TV or a film together, and occasionally having a house meal. However, no one expects you to be their new best mate and they appreciate that we all need our alone time too.

About the flat:
It’s a maisonette flat (3 beds, 3 bathrooms) on the first and second floors of a townhouse. It has been recently renovated and so is really well presented and modern inside, and has a shared living room/kitchen.

The bedroom is on the first floor and has its own bathroom across the hall (with bathtub and shower). It does have a shared washing machine in it too, but as everyone has their own private bathroom, Ed and Anouk would only ever go in to use the machine. The room comes with a double bed and mattress, wardrobe and some built in storage. Water bill is included in the rent.

The flat is located within a 5 min walk of Highbury and Islington station and is on a quiet road, with great access to supermarkets, and lots of nice pubs and restaurants. Upper street, Holloway Rd and Highbury Fields aren’t far either!
