Bright & Spacious Room Available from 8th Aug

I have a spacious bedroom with a double bed available from 13th January within a 2-bed maisonette. The flat is very cosy and you will be sharing with me only.

The flat will initially be sublet for 2 months until 9th March, after which the whole flat will be available for a lease takeover, and ideally the same person that is subletting will also be extending the lease.

Location: The flat is very central and close to transport links. Perfectly positioned near King’s Cross. it's 5mins' walk to Caledonian Road & Barnsbury overground station and 12mins from Caledonian Road Underground Station. Angel and Camden are also within walking distance with lots of shops, restaurants, and entertainment nearby.

Your room: The room is quite bright and spacious with large windows, plenty of natural light throughout the day.

Shared Spaces: Kitchen is separate and fully equipped, you will also enjoy a comfortable shared living room as I work 9-5 in the office most of the time. Bathroom and toilet are separate.

Longer or shorter periods can potentially be considered so feel free to reach out !

Ideally I'm looking for someone who also prefers to extend after the initial period but this is not a requirement.

Flatmates: You'll be sharing with me. I'm 32 years old male, working in tech. I appreciate my own space, but also appreciate having occasional drinks & food etc. together. In my spare time, I go to lots of gigs, play jazz and work out at the gy.

All the bills are included in the price including council tax.
