We’re Jess and Faye and our well located flat in Finsbury Park has a room available for start of October!

Just a 10 minute walk to Finsbury Park station for the Victoria and Piccadilly line our three bedroom flat has a bathroom, separate ensuite, a large, bright living room and kitchen - we are also lucky to have a patio, which is great to have morning coffee in the sun, to do some lunchtime yoga or to have an outdoor dinner in the summer.

Rent for your room would be 710, with a deposit of 892 pounds, with an additional 70-100£ a month for bills! Your room would be at the front of the house- it has a sash window so it gets a lot of light, and is fully furnished with storage, cabinet and double bed.

Our street is quiet and a stone throw away from Angel and Stoke Newington. We’re close to a lot of lovely cafes and pubs, and around 30ish mins from Hampstead Heath. We’re also close to a lot of local bus routes, so very easily connected. The flat is council band D.

Jess is from Northern Ireland and works at a non profit and likes swimming, pilates and natural wine, while Faye is Aussie, works in media and enjoys reading and going out.

We would love a housemate who is 25 or over, clean, and a professional. We like to have a chill time, and will often graba lunch around the area, or sharing a yarn in the living room.
