Lovely spacious double room in a 4-bed house. The room is fully furnished and has an additional storage room. The house is organised on two floors, with 1 shower room and 2 separate bathrooms. There is a spacious living room opening up on a garden and a big kitchen with all appliances. The house is 2 minutes walk from Caledonian Road Piccadilly line and less than 10 minutes walk from the Caledonian Road overground.
I am relocating abroad so I’m looking for someone to take over my lease until the 28th of February with possibility to extend for a further 12 months.
The other tenants are 3 professional girls aged 29-31 working in science and fashion industry. They’re all friendly, clean and respectful, and enjoy a nice evening watching tv, a trip to the local pub (or occasionally the gym) or a baking session.
