we’ve got a spare room in our 3 bed flat in shoreditch/hoxton!🏡

move in date: 31st August (flexible)
rent: £1,000 + bills

flat has a lovely living room, kitchen and a small outside space on the ground floor. we’ve got 6 chairs so it’s perfect for having a nice catch up outside while the evenings are still light🌤

the room is a spacious double bedroom with bed/bedside table/chest of drawers and wardrobe. could also deffo fit a desk if you wfh but you would need to provide. it’s very chill so you can put things on the walls/make it feel super homely

location is super central, 5 mins walk from old street station and 10 mins into the centre of shoreditch. there’s loads of great pubs nearby (personal favourite rn is the george and vulture they do 2 for 1 pizzas on mondays!) 🍕

It’s also lovely on the weekends, only a 5 min walk from the canal where you can walk (or run if you’re in your running era) to angel or broadway market/london fields or victoria park.

you’d be living with myself (25) and my friend ben (27) who I met on spareroom too.

I work in marketing for a small startup and never say no to a pint. ben’s an aussie who did the classic move to clapham and is now realising the north is just as fun. we’d love someone social who we can be friends with and try out all the local hotspots🥂
