Double room in large townhouse in Islington

**Looking for a 2 month short term tenant from the end of september to the end of november** Huge townhouse with private garden terrace and bills included.

Located in the highly desirable Barnsbury & Islington area, the apartment has the bottom 2 floors of a stunning town house. It has a beautiful open plan living area that opens up onto a private garden terrace. At over 1100 square feet (not including the garden), it is a space where you will never feel boxed in. Well furnished and spacious.

The two bedrooms are upstairs, with the available bedroom having large bay windows meaning it is very bright (with sun all afternoon). In the bedroom, there is a very comfortable bed, storage for clothes and a desk (optionally) with a monitor for when you work from home.

You will be sharing the apartment with a couple: 28 and 29 years old. My boyfriend will be away for large parts of October and I may also be gone for portions, meaning you will have the house to yourself for a part of the time. We are looking for someone laid back, tidy and friendly. There will be interviews with preferred candidates to make sure that there is a good fit which will need to be in person, but we can give video tours to those that are currently out of London.
