Hi! Sadly, I'm moving out of my two-floor flat as I'm moving away, and I would love a friendly, sociable person to fill that space! The room is a decent size with a half en-suite (has a toilet and sink), We have an open plan living room/kitchen and a shared bathroom. The room is on the top floor and our flat is on the second floor of the building. The flat is a 10 minute walk from Finsbury Park station. It's also a very short walk to great pubs, shops, restaurants, and various buses. You'd be sharing with two lovely girls who enjoy cooking, music, watching films together, and having a cheeky drink. They enjoy socialising but also value their own time and have busy lives. We're looking for someone who is easy-going and friendly.

The lease is up in December so, unless you'd like to update the lease, it may be a short term let!
