The block has secure resident-only fob access and is in an exceptional location, with Holloway Road and Highbury and Islington Station 5 mins walk away (1 stop to King's Cross), and lots of bus routes also nearby.

The local area is lively with lots of supermarkets, bars, cafes and restaurants - though the flat is located on a quiet street so has the best of both worlds. There is also lots of green space nearby.
