There are 6 rooms in the house, one of which is going (photos attached). Bills are not included but usually come to around £100 per month.

We are looking for a respectful, clean/tidy and easy going person who will slot in nicely into the house dynamic. We all get on really well but live our own separate lives. We’re quite chilled and tidy, occasionally hanging out watching films, sports, going to the pub or having dinners together!

We are looking for working professionals, between the age of 25-30. Ideally we are looking for sociable people to move in who we’ll become friends with and not just co-exist with. You will signing a 6 month contract initially but we will prioritise people looking to stay minimum 12 months. We are mixed between remote and office working so it's no issue if you need to work from home. There are 2 girls and 3 guys so we are ideally looking for another gal to join us to keep the balance! Also LGBTQ+ friendly 😊

We currently share the cost of a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks (£15 per month per person)
