Hi! We are looking for a calm but sociable female professional to join our homely flat just off Holloway Road in Zone 2.

You’d live in a well-looked-after, recently renovated 3-bedroom Victorian ground floor flat. It comes with a brand-new kitchen and a shared living space, as well as a large garden.

The flat is located on a quiet and safe residential street, less than five minutes walk from Caledonian Rd and Holloway Rd tube stations and many bus routes. Waitrose, Lidl, Morrisons (and great Charity shops!) are just a stone’s throw away.

The room is a small but versatile double and comes with a spacious IKEA wardrobe and bed. The monthly rent is £627 plus £120 bills (Council tax band D). We are looking for someone to join us no later than the beginning of November, potentially earlier.

You’d be living with Careen and Linn, two professionals who love to spend money on Vinted and wine. We work from the office 2-3 days per week.

We really look after our little gem and it is key to us that you do, too. We have no special requirements, as long as you are a communicative, respectful and warm-hearted person looking to make and care for a home.
