6-8 wk Feb let - heart of Holloway

My name is James. I'm a 30 year old professional, looking to let out my home from mid Feb. I can be partially flexible on dates (see below) and am open to offers. The apartment is my home so I'm looking for person(s) to treat it well :) Please reach out if you're interested!

It is fully furnished with comfortable beds, TV, 2 desks and a fully stocked kitchen! Linens / bedding is available upon request.

The listed price does include bills. This includes a cleaner who attends for 3 hours, every 2 weeks.

The apartment itself:
It's a well-presented 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. The apartment is well apportioned at 820 sqft. It has a kitchen and separate large living / dining. It is located on the ground floor of a gated apartment complex with communal garden (Statham Court), set back from the Holloway Road. It is well suited to a couple or two housemates.

The master bedroom is large and includes a King size bed, desk, wardrobe and ensuite. The second bedroom is smaller and includes a double bed, wardrobe and desk.

Timing:
I am looking for someone to let the apartment from the middle of Feb for ~6 weeks. However, I am flexible and willing to consider:
- a slightly earlier start date
- a slightly later end date

It is well connected by tube and bus via the following:
- 12 mins walk to Holloway Rd (Piccadilly Line)
- 15 mins walk to Finsbury Park (Victoria Line, Thameslink, Piccadilly Line)
- 17 mins walk to Archway (Northern Line)
- 43, 17, 263 bus

It is also opposite a Sainsbury's!
