2 Rooms for Rent

Currently looking for a 3month Sublet-ee (from August - Nov) for the larger room (950p/m) while our current housemate is away on work, and have a room available for one lucky potential housemate (900 p/m) from June 20th

The place is very centrally located (zone 1) just off city road. 10-15mins walk to Old street & Angel station with all the shops, gyms and all you could want within walking distance.. 3 bedroom flat, shared bathroom & kitchen with a separate toilet.

You'll be living with myself, Australian, Sommelier working Monday to Friday and generally like to relax when not seeing friends on the weekends :) & a lovely dutch man who is working throughout most the week and doing auditions and so forth in his spare time.

We are an LGBTQ+ household, really friendly and enjoy spending time with our friends as well as maybe having a cheeky wine or 2 on the balcony when the suns out.

What we are looking for;

- No WFH, we all need our space and on our days off we want to be able to enjoy the flat :)
- Steady job/ income, (we are looking to do a name change on the lease for the smaller room)
- someone who wants to socialise and be a part of the flat, but appreciates that we all need our downtime
- someone who is respectful/ tidy/ clean
