Hey! Unfortunately I am moving out of my lovely H&I flat as I have moved offices and need a shorter commute.
The house is perfectly located between Highbury & Islington and Angel station. There is lots of optionality here - a walk to Highbury fields, exploring the pubs of Liverpool road or the fantastic restaurants and shops on Upper street.
Room is £1,125 PCM + bills (approx £120); comes furnished - wardrobe in the wall, chest of drawers, bed frame, mattress, desk, desk chair.
There are 2 bathrooms and a toilet, you will be sharing yours with Etienne.
We go through an agency but having direct contact with the landlord, they are great.
Kitchen has all you need and more - dishwasher, oven etc.
You can’t see in the photos but we have a projector for watching tv/movies on nights in.
The housemates are:
Benji (29) M, French, works in tech sales;
Etienne (27) M, French, works in tech engineering;
Bada (26) F, Mongolian, currently studying.
This is an LGBTQ+ friendly house 😊
