Description

Hi Folks, we are looking for a person to fill a room in our 3-bed flat in Islington, North London as our flatmate is moving out. The flat has a spacious living/dining room, separate kitchen and 1 bathroom.

It has great transport links, located a 6 min walk from Highbury and Islington station (Victoria Line + Overground), 15 mins from Angel (Northern Line), and super close to many bus routes.

The flat is in a lovely leafy area with lots of historic features with nearby parks and access to a shared communal garden. The room is a small double room including a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and storage shelves.

The room advertised is £980 excluding bills which are ~£120pppm. There is potentially the option to switch to a larger room at a higher rent. The flat is council tax band E.

The flat is located on the second floor with no lift access. The tenancy is through an estate agent. A right to rent check and landlord reference is required. The tenancy is for 12months starting in November however we have a small amount of flexibility.

We are a social but chill flat, regulars at the local pub quiz, host board game nights, flat meals, and film nights.

About us:
We are two professionals that work in Architecture. We both studied in Newcastle before moving to London.

I am 27, like arts and crafts, having recently gotten into felting, I am a big fan of all things sci-fi, especially star trek.

Rob, 28, enjoys travelling, is an avid snowboarder, terrible boulderer and reads long boring fantasy novels.

We have loved living here over the past few years and hope to find some who will come to view this flat as home too.
