Spacious double room in Islington

Hello there! My name is Ashraf, I'm 28, work in sustainability consulting and I'm offering a room in a 2 bed 1 bathroom flat in N7 with move in end of September/ or end of October

I'm from Sudan and moved to UK 3 years ago to do my masters at Oxford and then moved to London a little over a year and a half ago to join a sustainability consulting firm.

I'm looking for a young professional, preferably between 26 and 35, who would like to make the place a home for a year at least. My preference is to find someone who has similar working hours/lifestyle

I'm big on sports and outdoor activities. I work out of office 2 to 3 days a week but I'm always out and about. I typically work 9- 6pm with longer stretches sometimes. After hours, you will probably find me at the gym, the basketball court, at an event, or socialising with friends (would love for you to join!). I'm away for a few days every couple of months on average with longer stretches during the seasons. I'm clean and tidy but also quite flexible and understanding. I make a big meal around twice a week typically late evening or after I'm back from work/gym. I'd like to build a relationship built on communication, respect, and lightheartidness.

The rooms are quite spacious, both the same size, with both accommodating a desk and work from home setup. The room I'm offering has less space for a large desk but has much more storage space and walking area. My current housemate has a TV setup and calls it his dungeon. I deal directly with the landlorld and she's absolutely pleasant easy to communicate with and kept the rent unchanged for 3rd years (hence this is a steal!)

The flat is a 10 minute walk from Caledonian Road station and Holloway Road station (Piccadily Line), great bus access, 7 min walk from Morrisons, Lidl, Waitrose and all what Holloway road has to offer

Rent is £1040 pcm and around £150 -200 for bills and bi-weekly cleaner
