We are currently on the hunt for a housemate to join us in our three bed house in Finsbury Park from the start of November! Please note deposit is £1230.

*About Us:*

We are two friends- Dan (29, works in civil service) and Daisy (33, works in digital marketing), looking for someone sociable, tidy and responsible with similar interests. We are an active and social house, and love cooking, running, cycling, and enjoy hanging out together over some TV in the living room, but also have our own stuff going on too. We are really keen to find the right person, so this would really suit someone looking for a home, and not just a room!

*The House:*

Situated on a residential road just off Seven Sisters Road, the house is full of character and charm, with high ceilings across all three floors (particularly on the raised ground floor). Large joined kitchen and living room provides ample space for three people to live together and space for hosting friends, with a 50 foot garden on the back of the house which (big bonus!). We also have a small downstairs loo with a washing machine/dryer alongside a main bathroom on the top floor with a large walk in shower and separate bath.

*The Room:*

The available room is on the first floor, and is very spacious with plenty of natural light during the day (see pictures). The room comes with two built in wardrobes, chest of drawers and a bed, and you are free to bring your own furnishings and furniture too.

*The area:*

For those not familiar with the Finsbury Park area, it’s a bustling area full of bars, pubs and places to eat. We have three large supermarkets within a 10 minute walk, and numerous pubs within the same radius that we visit regularly. Three gyms are within walking distance too.

Great transport links, with Finsbury Park Station an 8 min walk away (Victoria and Piccadilly lines get you into central London within 10 minutes) and access to East London via lots of bus routes and the overground at Highbury and Islington.

*Admin:*

In terms of management we have a direct relationship with the landlord (no estate agents). He is excellent in sorting any issues with the house very quickly but overall leave us to it, so an ideal set up.

Outside of the rent (£1050 per month), bills come to roughly £150 per person each month, which covers water, energy, council tax, internet and TV. The deposit is £1230 DPS protected and paid directly to the landlord.

You will be taking over the outgoing tenant’s contract (who is moving out to live with his GF), which runs until August 2025 with an option to extend. We are not looking for short-term lets or rents.
