Massive En-Suite Bedroom in Canonbury

Hey everyone! I’m moving out of my amazing flatshare, and we're looking for someone to rent my room.

The Room:
- A huge 20m² room with ensuite bathroom
- Fully furnished with a cozy double bed and a large wardrobe.
- Two massive double-glazed windows with french shutters

The Flat:
- 4min walk from Canonbury overground station, 7min walk from Highbury & Islington station (Victoria line).
- Stunning flat with a huge garden (green thumbs, this one's for you), a furnished garden terrace, and even a garden shed (practical if you own a bike).
- Loads of storage throughout the house – so bring your entire collection of... whatever it is you collect.
- Entire flat was refurbished in Summer 2023, and is furnished (including furniture, cutlery, plates, appliances, etc.)
- Fully kitted out with all the modern amenities: laundry machine, dryer, smart TV, dishwasher, toaster, oven, microwave, kettle, etc.
- You’ll be sharing the flat with Natalie (27f, english, loves to read and dance), Jazz (25f, cyprio-australian, is an incredible cook), and Joe (25m, northern irish, enjoys gardening in his spare time).

Who We're Looking For:
- We’d like someone to share our flat dynamic: keen to socialise, but also all love to have one’s me-time.

The Admin:
- Estimated bills: £100-150 (includes council tax, water, electricity, gas, broadband and fortnightly clean, shared supplies like cleaning products and toilet paper)
- Because you’ll have to go through a referencing check, you must be a professional (sorry students!) on a permanent contract. And you’ll need to earn ~3x the rent as a gross salary to pass the landlord’s reference checks.
- Couples are a no-go, sorry!
- Move-in date is flexible between Mid October and end of October.
- No short term lets
