Looking for a roommate in Dalston/ Islington

Looking for a roomie in Dalston/Islington which is a nice going out area with lots to do. Apartment has two floors with a living room, dishwasher, and no downstairs neighbors 💃🏼

Rent is 1100(excl), starting early October.

I (f,25) am starting my CS PhD at KCL in October and am looking for someone kind and easy- going to move in with. 🧚

For the past years, I mostly lived in the Netherlands, where I studied psychology and philosophy and eventually computer science. You see, I’m a bit of a wild mix of interests but it makes for fun and interesting conversations ;) 🔮

I also lived in Vienna for a year, and of course recently spent the summer in Cambridge where i am looking to move from 🫶

A little warning I should include is that we either need a UK- based guarantor (so if you are british, that might work out) or we have to pay 6 month rent + deposit in advance, after which we can start on a rolling contract with 1 month notice cancellation period. More details upon request! :)
