I’m looking for a Mon-Fri 4 nights (or less days if required) flat mate who wants to use the room/flat as a mid-week base, Someone organised and clean 😊 occasional weekend stays okay if needed (pro rata)

Lovely apartment situated near the Emirates Stadium (Arsenal), one of the most sought-after locations in North London. It would suit a busy, tidy professional who is respectful, requires minimal storage, likes own space but doesn’t mind the occasional chat, catch up or hangout I would prefer a friendly female. I am respectful; we all have our own lives, career and things to do so if you need to disappear into your room to get stuff done, that’s fine by me! 4-5 min walk to Arsenal tube which is on the Piccadilly line 3 stops and you’re in Kings Cross. 6 min walk to Drayton Park station, which takes you straight to the City/Moorgate. Tesco and Co-Op, are close by, and lots of other shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The apartment development has 24 hr concierge, lifts and is has secure fob access entrance. Double room, has a new day bed that extends out to a double. The rent includes apartment and room being cleaned.

New soft carpets and new laminate flooring throughout the property. A spacious living room, decent sized kitchen, and balcony. I have broadband and will include bills (fair use of heating :) ) the apartment is west facing, quiet and surrounded by greenery.

Mon , vacate Fri. The room may be used when not in use, e. g. over the weekend. The room will naturally be thoroughly cleaned and ready for the persons return! Some weekends it will be possible for you to extend your stay for pro rata amount per weekend. Any council tax will be your responsibility.
