Double room with ensuite

We are moving out of our amazing double room in Islington, 3 mins walk to Highbury & Islington station and 30 seconds to Tesco. Less than 5 mins to restaurants, cafes and bars on Upper St.

The room is fully furnished and has its own ensuite, includes a double bed, mattress, bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers.

You’ll be sharing with another Kiwi couple who are amazing flatmates (27 and 28). There is a second bathroom for the other tenants, so the ensuite is all yours! There’s an open plan shared kitchen, dining and lounge.

Move in date is being confirmed, but most likely early to mid November. You will be added to the lease, which expires in Feb 2025, with an option to extend to Feb 2026 for the same price. This is perfect if you want to trial the flat, and if you love it, you can extend. Note: You must pass reference checks completed by the landlord, and you will have to cover the cost of reference checks.
