Double bedroom in Islington

Double bed available in a 4 bed flat in Islington. I am sadly moving out so need someone to replace me. It’s a lovely flat, spread across 3 floors with a living room , 2 bathrooms, and huge terrace right in the middle of Islington, just off upper street. It’s about 8 mins walk to either Highbury & Islington and Angel stations.

We are currently on a rolling contract so the end date can be flexible, but looking for someone to replace me on the contract rather than a sublet. I’m moving out end of November/beginning of December but can also be flexible with exact dates.

The room available is the one in the video and second pic, the other photos are of the rest of the house.

The flatmates is one girl and 2 boys, all ages 24-25. We are all young professionals.

The rent doesn’t include bills, but this is usually around £100-150 p/m.
