Room in spacious flat off Upper St

The flat:
- 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, large separate living room, and a spacious outdoor terrace.
- Flat was completely renovated in 2021, with a new kitchen and bathrooms.
- Room is small double with a built-in wardrobe.
- Located in the centre of Islington, 2 mins walk from Upper Street with cafes, shops and restaurants. 5-10 mins from Highbury Fields, where there is a gym, swimming pool and tennis courts.
- Short walking distance from tube stations including Highbury & Islington (5-10 mins) and Angel (15 mins); also good bus links.
- Bike hangar just outside the building.

Flatmates:
- We're three professionals in our mid/late 20s.
- We're all good friends and enjoy sharing a cup of tea/meal/drinks together from time to time - though we all also have our own independent social lives, and are respectful of one another's privacy around the flat.
- Hobbies include reading, cooking, running, TV/films, and visiting the excellent local pubs.
- We're looking for someone who is relatively similar - we'd love someone friendly and sociable, who's happy to have a chat or watch telly together, and is willing to contribute generally around the flat.

Further details:
- Bills are not included in the rent. Bills for water, electricity, gas, broadband and council tax are split four ways.
- Minimum terms/break clauses etc. can be discussed. Not open to short lets.
- Re working from home: the room is probably not big enough to get a desk in (you may be able to squeeze a very small one at a push!). You'd be very welcome to use the living room to work from home, bearing in mind you'd be sharing it with other flatmates.
