Hi! We're two flatmates looking for someone to sublet a room from November until end of April. With potential to extend as a tenant once contract is renewed in May.

We are one PhD student and a professional.

The room is small but comfortable and completely furnished, and there is plenty of shared space in the flat. The living room is large and gets plenty of sunlight, with sofas for lounging.

- 10-15 mins walk to Tufnell Park tube (Northern line), 20 mins walk to Holloway Road tube (Piccadilly line)
- 20 mins walk to Hampstead Heath
- 10 mins walk to a big Morrisons and Lidl

- electricity ~40/month per person, depending on the season
- we're on the ground floor in a gated compound
