Very close to Brecknock Road (less that 10 min walk) which has many amenities: coffee shops, bakeries, post office, organic shop, pharmacy, Italian speciality produce and multiple takeaway options. Transport links into the city are fantastic!

There are also gyms and swimming pools very locally. Lovely Hampstead Health is less than 20 mins walking distance.

Beautiful, peaceful, very large three storey house split into three properties all owned by same landlord which lives on the ground/first floor. Loads of light from massive windows throughout property including the bedroom itself (please see images).

Many staircases to access property.

Lots of room and privacy available and plenty outdoor space - shared access huge jungle garden shared between whole household, huge luscious greenery out the back views of the house and noise only from the birds and children playing at the local schools.

Access to a private rooftop terrace which has a table and chairs, a herb/flower garden and stunning views of North London. (please see pictures) Loads of worktop space for anyone working from home, use of two desks (one standing and one sitting).

Bathroom has a shower and bath seperate.

The kitchen is fully equipped and for you use, cupboards and fridge space only share with one other who is a teacher with a bakers background and the kitchen always is smelling lovely.

This house would suit someone clean and tidy and introverted who likes their own privacy and space. We have a television that you can use with all the usual internet apps for watching.

The room is quite seperate from the main space which will give you plenty of privacy and is clean of decor, there is plenty of space for yours. It has a very comfy double mattress (BRAND Emma - new less than 1 year old) A small set of drawers and an open wardrobe with two long rails attached to the wall. There is a long shelf that takes the length of the room and lots of plants about. It is a simple room with a huge window and lots of light coming in all day. The space is yours to do what you wish with the decor and if you want to move things around to suit your needs please feel free. For anyone creative the room for sublet has an easel and I would be happy for you to use this as long as you treat the area with respect. There is a massive underfloor storage which I will keep my stuff inside.

This sublet would suit someone who likes to keep to themselves, is very mindful and respectful of others peoples space and need to work from home on the weekends. No parties or loud music or disruptive behaviour please. We have built a very peaceful space and enjoy living separate lives together. We hope that we can accommodate someone who values the same.

We allow smokers as the landlord downstairs smokes often in their house. However we would ask you to use the rooftop area to smoke or do it in the garden outside.
