I am Elise and I am the current tenant in this modern flat in Finsbury Park. My housemate is moving out, so I am looking for someone to take over the second bedroom. A bit about me - I am a primary teacher in my late 30s, originally from Australia. I am very easygoing and tidy. I enjoy having a catch-up over a glass of wine with my housemate, but I also like to chill in my own space.
I am looking for a professional female (sorry guys) between the ages of 22-40. Ideally, you would be easygoing as well while also being tidy and proactive in keeping the shared spaces clean.
Bedroom Description
It is a double room (unfurnished) with your own spacious separate bathroom (not ensuite). There is lots of natural light with enough space to fit a double bed and other furniture (e. g., a desk).

A well-presented ground floor property with direct access to a spacious private garden courtyard. The building is a development located on the site of the old Hornsey Road Baths, moments from Finsbury Park Station (Victoria Line, Piccadilly Line and National Rail) and other local amenities.
