Essex Road Flatshare - Double Room

Double room in three bed Essex Road flatshare available from late November (January move in at the latest) for a minimum of around 6 months. Dave (doctor) and I (civil servant) have lived here for several years between us and are looking for someone to replace our current flatmate who has bought elsewhere. The flat is in a great location and, as you can see from the pictures, well priced for what we get. The company is even better. Looking for someone well suited to flatsharing. Arsenal fans preferred but otherwise no preferences beyond those in the ad. Apologies in advance if we don't respond to all messages. Finally, we are tenants but have a good relationship with the landlord who is aware we're looking for a new flatmate. Bills are typically £125 per month. Will arrange to meet anyone interested and who might be a good fit to show you the flat and meet us both. *There is a separate ad for a different room in this flat on SpareRoom which is a short term let over Christmas and unrelated to this.
