10min walk from Caledonian Rd and Barnsbury Overground station.
7min walk to Waitrose or Iceland or Tesco Express
10min walk to Coal Drops Yard and the canal!
20min walk to Angel and the walk there is beautiful :)

The flat: Furnished single room that can fit a double bed if desired. Three story house has 4BR and 2 bath with 2 showers and a garden. No living room, but there are some couches in the foyer and in the kitchen. There is a study with a desk and chair to use for working from home if needed. THE SINGLE ROOM HAS FULL PRIORITY TO USE THE STUDY AND WFH SETUP

The flatmates: Three current roommates all professionals working full-time. Flat is very easy going and generally social and always okay with having friends visit. We are up for a kitchen chat, a pub night, or just a quiet night to ourselves - whatever the vibe is!
