AFFORDABLE accommodation offered in Islington, London N7 area, excellent opportunity for a male or female homesharer who is looking to live in a spacious 3 bedroom terraced property in gated mews.

We are a Not-for-Profit charity in London who run a Homeshare programme, where we find Homesharers who are willing to provide approximately 10 hours a week of help/support and companionship to a householder who has a spare room.

TRANSPORT
• 10 min walk to Caledonian Road Tube Station
• 5 min walk to Caledonian Road Overground Station
• 15 min walk or a short bus ride to Highbury and Islington Tube Station
• All tube and train/overground are in zone 2
• 5-10 min walk are several buses available into Central London

HOUSEHOLDER
A Gentleman in his 70’s, a former solicitor and retired judge and has wide cultural interest in music, litratue and the arts in general. He does online courses in Latin and Greek and is also learning German. He likes to keep fit and sees a personal trainer three times per week.
Some of his hobbies and interests include, watching TV, listening to the Radio during the day and reading fictional novels, languages and learning languages, enjoys going to the theatre, cinema and visiting exhibitions.

The ideal homesharer would be a male or female who can share intellectual interests and conversation, is kind, maybe share meals and cook on some days and is bale to house sit and dog sit occasionally so he is able to travel a few times in the year.

ACCOMMODATION
Is a comfortable 3-bedroom terraced house in gated mews. Top 3rd floor is a double bedroom available with ensuite.

Is offering a double bedroom with ensuite double bed. The room is spacious is at the front of the house on quiet gated mews. The room has double bed, sofa and television, with good internet.

Share of well-equipped kitchen with appliances and eating/dining area.
Garden with patio, use of lounge/sitting area.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
The room is available October subject to DBS, Reference, Credit and ID checks and after an initial homesharer interview has been organised.
