Huge double bedroom sublet in Finsbury Park

Hello people,

I want to sublet my room for 2-4 weeks between 5 December and 5 January.

It’s a huge double room in a 4-bedroom house in Finsbury Park.

The house has a living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and two toilets. It’s a very quiet house, where you will be staying with 3 professional women between 25 and 30. We have a smaller paved garden and a larger shared garden as well! 12 minutes walk from Finsbury Park station , It’s zone two, amazing public transport options, Picadilly and Victoria line, buses etc.

As for price, I was thinking about £200/week plus the price of one cleaning(£55). But we can negotiate, especially if you would take the room for 3-4 weeks. I must ask for a damage protection deposit when you move in.
