I’m unfortunately having to leave my room in Islington ☹️ The lease currently expires at the end of Jan but we’ve just been offered a renewal (yay!)

The juicy details are:
💸 Rent: £1000 PCM (excluding bills - which is around £90-£120 a month). However rent will increase to £1,125 on the new lease
📅 Availability: from 1st of December 2024 but can really be whenever!
📝 Contract: New lease starts end of Jan for 18 months
🛏️ Room: Furnished bedroom with double bed, multiple cupboard spaces (I’ve done a lot of shopping to fill them🛍️). Also has a super nice view overlooking the trees, with emirates stadium in the distance. The desk pictured in the room is mine but otherwise everything else stays
🏡The Flat: the flat is a renovated 2 bed, 1 bath on the top floor (level 4) walk up
🚇Transport: literally 3 minute walk (300m) to the nearest tube (Piccadilly line) and also close to the Victoria line so takes all of 12 mins to be in Covent Garden. Also close to Kings Cross so hello easy weekend trips to Paris 😍
👭🏻About the Housemate: you’ll be sharing with the beautiful Tash who is 25, works in finance (2 days WFH). Tash loves running (hello half marathon queen), gigs, just being out and about but also finding 10/10 deals on Deliveroo
🤩All about you: Looking for another girl in her mid 20s who is friendly, enjoys hanging out and debriefing on the latest goss and also likes a neat/clean space. Sorry - no students, couples or pets
