Hi all, we are looking to move out of the flat on the 12th December. Whole flat rental only. I am exiting the flat and acting on behalf of the landlord.
2 bedrooms
Nice light shared space with an open kitchen.
Access to shared balcony looking over the city area, with views of the London eye and the shard.
Suitable for 3 people (as is the current layout)
Landlord is a good chap who gets any issues sorted quickly.
Rent is £2600 which would be up to the tenants as to how they split that between 2, 3 or 4 people.

Some of the furniture is owned by us and we will take with us, but the basic amenities and white goods will stay.

Next tenants would need to pass the usual tenancy checks before moving in, which in experience goes quickly.
