Flatmates all are respectful and it’s a great co-living set up. Everyone minds their own business but keeps the place tidy and shares the common spaces.

The room is furnished with a double bed, mattress (which is basically new), bedside tables, a large closet space, a desk, and a chair.

Purchasing the bed and mattress (165£ for both) is a key addition to this, as the room came unfurnished.
