Located in Dalston/Canobury, close to DeBeauvior and a 20-minute walk to Highbury Islington station. Heaps of buses to take you into the city off Essex Rd.

In the flat is Louise, who is French-born but has been in London for 5 years working in property. She is an aspiring chef and loves a glass of wine. On the weekends, you’ll find her playing tennis or paddle. Then there is me 💁🏻‍♀️. I am Canadian but have been in London for 5 years, too, working in creative/marketing. I love making pottery, rugs, or anything DIY. On the weekends, you’ll find me going to the sauna or yoga. We love binging a good Netflix series or reality show.

The room is £735/ month (not including bills) bills are roughly ~£110 per month (council tax, water, gas, electricity and internet)

The flat is located in a family-oriented area, so it’s not a party house. But we’ll have people over occasionally for a cheeky dinner. We’re looking for someone like-minded and respectful.
